Pastor Kenneth's humble beginning started at New Piney Grove Baptist Church under the teaching and mentoring of Dr. Dave Wilcoxson. There he served as Mentor Ministry Director from 2002 - 2003. He served on the Board of Directors at Campus Club Ministry (2002 - 2003)and Eden Ministry (2003 - 2004). Since 2002, he has been assisting in supporting the homeless and less fortunate through Macon Outreach Ministry and various local and international ministries. He was a chaplain and Assistant Director of Chaplains at Coliseum Heal Systems (2005 - 2015), co-facilitator of a men's support group at CMC, and Chaplain Director at Calvary Care Hospice (2007).

In June 2004, Kenneth earned his Bachelor of Theology and was ordained into ministry. He later earned his Master of Divinity in June 2005, and Doctorate of Ministry in June 2007, followed by a Doctorate of Philosophy in June 2008. Pastor Kenneth is also a licensed clinical Christian therapist with the State of Georgia.

In 2004, he answered the calling which the Lord placed upon his life. He became co-founder of The Link Baptist Church , a contemporary, multicultural Baptist church in Macon, GA. There were many challenges and birthing pains. The church started with two pastors and seven total members. In 2007, Pastor Kenneth became the sole Pastor. Currently, the church has over 150 members and is located at 3768 Mercer Street, in Macon, Georgia.

Pastor Kenneth has one son, and is married to first lady Geraldine McMillan.

With great passion, commitment, and love for the Lord, Pastor teaches and preaches the word of God with Biblical and practical integrity, balance and without compromise. He is totally committed to service to the Lord, and when given an opportunity will minister. The Lord is still speaking and he is listening.

In March of 2018, Pastor Kenneth published his first book entitled " God First". Followed by his second book entitled " The Lord,The Link,The Lost "Since then he has also published " Realize Everything Succeed Under Loving The Son (RESULTS). His fourth book Entitled " The Newest New Normal". The latest book is Entitled 'The Joseph Generation".

Pastor Kenneth's motto is "Everything Begins and Ends at the CROSS of Jesus Christ".
